Disclaimer I try not to make it a point to write a bad review for a restaurant, because I don't like to do such a thing... But sometimes there are things that happen at a place of business that truly make me mad, such as unsanitary practices and horrible service. It is not my intention to anger the owners, but rather to point out what, in my humble opinion, could have been done different to make my experience a better one. These are MY personal experiences, not someone else's. P.S. -- I will respectfully leave your business name out of this post, bad publicity is still publicity. I was going to re-review but...Dear Restaurant Owner,
I gave your establishment a bad review. People who like your food that I am acquainted with have told me to give you guys another try, and I actually thought about it. I did! But I was grossed out by something you posted, a particular picture of pasta you sell for almost $9... The sauce looked disgusting to me, it was dull brown, you had broccoli randomly swimming in it, the pasta looked overcooked, and the chicken was thrown on it without purpose. Not only that, but said chicken had little to no color on it. Let me tell you what my impression was; here is a dish that looks like someone threw a can of condensed soup in to make the sauce, the mushrooms were in said soup, and you simply didn't care how it actually looked because you displayed the picture proudly like everyone would jump for joy at the sight. My initial review of your establishment was negative for a reason. I don't just hand out crappy reviews helter skelter, I got to places with the intent of having a great, fun experience... It just wasn't good, guys, and I cannot apologize for my review. Yes, I pulled it down, but I was about to tell you some unprofessional things and I couldn't do that. Let me explain what I said to you, to remind you of why my review was scathing.
